Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Fenix Intel (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Fenix Intel is a market-research and educational media subscription. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in and to deliver reports), and your subscription/entitlement status and dates.
- Authentication data: one-time sign-in codes and session tokens, stored in hashed or opaque form to keep your account secure. We do not use passwords.
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded and the associated email/plan; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Content you submit: if you post in the members' discussion area, we store your posts and the email associated with them.
- Basic technical/usage data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request times) used for security, rate-limiting, and reliability.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service: authenticate your sign-in, grant access to what you subscribed to, and deliver the dashboard and reports.
- To send the weekly report and essential account/service emails.
- To process and confirm payments through our payment provider.
- To secure the Service — prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To operate and improve the Service.
We rely on your subscription agreement and our legitimate interest in running a secure, functional service as the bases for this processing.
3. Service providers we share with
We share the minimum data necessary with vendors that help us run the Service, under their own terms:
- Payment processing — to take payment and confirm your subscription.
- Email delivery — to send sign-in codes and the reports you subscribed to.
- Hosting and infrastructure — to serve the website and run the application.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use a strictly necessary session cookie (and limited browser local storage) to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Sign-in codes expire within minutes; expired sessions are removed.
6. Your choices & rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, email support@fenix-yield.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account ends your subscription.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashing of sign-in codes and session tokens and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
The Service may be operated from, and your information processed in, jurisdictions other than your own. By using the Service you consent to that processing consistent with this Policy.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, notice to subscribers.
