1. The Service

Fenix Intel provides informational and educational content, which may include a market-data dashboard, written analysis and reports, protocol research, an educational library, and a members' discussion area. All content is general in nature and provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, digital asset, or other instrument. We do not know your individual circumstances and do not provide personalized advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Markets involve risk, including the possible loss of principal, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You access the Service by signing in with your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or a fixed term you select) at the prices shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment details.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout; you resubscribe when a term ends.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds: if the Service is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Fixed-term plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis on request.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: redistribute, resell, publish, or share the Service's content outside your personal use; scrape or bulk-download the Service; misuse the discussion area (spam, harassment, unlawful content, or financial solicitation of other members); or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content — including analysis, reports, data presentations, methodologies, text, and branding — are owned by Fenix Intel and its licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your own use. All other rights are reserved.

7. Third-party data & links

The Service references public data and third-party sources believed to be reliable but does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Links or references to third parties are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenix Intel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, notice to subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fenix Intel operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
